Coalition, Inc. has entered a long-term partnership with Allianz to scale its Active Cyber Insurance model globally, combining continuous cyber risk monitoring with Allianz’s international distribution and capacity. Under the agreement, Allianz will transition its standalone cyber business to Coalition while continuing to provide long-term capacity and support multinational placements. The model integrates real-time threat intelligence, vulnerability scanning, and proactive risk mitigation across insured networks. The collaboration also sees Allianz SE CEO Oliver Bäte joining Coalition’s Board of Directors, reinforcing strategic alignment as the partnership expands globally.
