Last week, our people across icare came together to celebrate International Women’s Day. This year’s theme, ‘𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻’ sparked discussion about advocacy and how supporting one another helps drive collective success. Our panel shared personal stories about backing others and creating opportunities for women to thrive at work and beyond. We were also lucky to be joined by guest speaker Nadine Champion, who introduced her ‘10 Seconds of Courage’ framework that showed us how sometimes all it takes is a moment of bravery to turn fear into action. A big thank you to the women@icare network and everyone who helped bring this event to life and continuing to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.
