Throughout June, the OmniPride Employee Resource Group (ERG) brought team members together to connect, learn, and celebrate Pride Month through a series of engaging events. The month began with a Pride flag-raising ceremony and continued with meaningful opportunities to celebrate, give back, and support the LGBTQIA+ community. Team members participated in a Mini Games fundraiser that helped provide meals to LGBTQIA+ youth forced to leave their homes due to the loss of familial support, as well as a donation drive to collect items for Welcome Kits that help young people transition into residential programs with comfort and dignity. Thank you to our OmniPride ERG members for creating meaningful opportunities that foster inclusion, strengthen community, and celebrate the diverse perspectives that make Team Insulet stronger. #TeamInsulet
