Expert Insights \\ Improving Takt Time and Accuracy with Advanced LumiTop Calibrations 💡 How can manufacturers improve both measurement accuracy and takt time in display production? We address this challenge with two advanced color calibration concepts for our LumiTop imaging colorimeter series: LiveCal and MyCal. 💠 LiveCal generates an optimized color calibration in real time for each individual measurement, delivering significantly higher accuracy for demanding technologies such as MicroLED displays with large spectral variations. 💠 MyCal allows users to create and save custom calibrations for fast, camera-only measurements, reducing takt time by up to 50% on the sequentially operating LumiTop X series (X20, X30, X150) while maintaining high accuracy and excelling in low-luminance conditions below 0.1 cd/m².
