Over the weekend InStride Health Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer, Kathryn Boger, Ph.D., ABPP and Chief Technology Officer, Parker Phillips participated in an engaging roundtable discussion at the ADAA Annual Conference in Chicago: From Pilot to Practice: Harnessing AI to Enhance Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The discussion focused on how AI can responsibly support CBT/ERP, from improving clinician training and onboarding to enhancing clinical decision-making and between-session engagement, while maintaining strong guardrails around clinical judgment, patient safety, and the therapeutic relationship. Grateful to be in conversation with an engaged audience and clinical and technical leaders working to thoughtfully integrate AI into evidence-based care. #ADAA2026
