As part of the INTPART and UTFORSK EduWind project, led by Maneesh Singh (Høgskulen på Vestlandet) and Arvind Keprate (OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University), a delegation from our department — including Sam W., Ramis Örlü, administrative staff Elham Shams, and our newly graduated Masters' students — embarked on a research and academic collaboration tour to India.   The visit began at the Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi, where the group was warmly received by Elisabeth Strand Vigtel, Counsellor for Science, Technology and Higher Education. The meeting set a collaborative tone and underlined the importance of Norway–India academic ties.   From there, the delegation traveled to Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, hosted by Gunjan Soni. The visit included laboratory tours and discussions around student exchange opportunities, offering a closer look at ongoing research activities at the institute.   The tour continued to Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, where the group visited the institute's unique clean room facility (C4DFED, i4s), innovative 3D-printer lab and had conversations that touched on shared research interests and potential areas for future collaboration.   The final leg of the journey brought the delegation to Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) in Shimla, where they were welcomed by the Vice-Chancellor Mahavir Singh. Discussions here focused on possible research collaborations and the broader prospects of an enduring academic partnership.   We would like to thank all our hosts at every stop for the warm welcome, among others: Manish Kumar, Ph.D., Dr.Bharti Ramtiyal Soni, Prateek Saxena, Himanshu Pathak, Sunny Zafar, Dr. Ravi Bhatia, Ramesh Thakur and many more.
