Last week, Ilona Arendt from the Institute of Sociology at the University of Zielona Góra, as part of her teaching activities, visited the Community Self-Help Center in Lubsko (Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy) together with students participating in the Erasmus+ exchange programme: Victoria from Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania) and Lorenz from Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany). 👩🏻👨🏻‍🦰The students are currently staying in Zielona Góra at the invitation of the Institute of Sociology, and the visit to Lubsko was an opportunity to explore Polish social support institutions as well as the practical dimensions of social work and community-based activities.
