🎉 Congratulations to our learner, Brian Bartlett AfCGI, on being named Level 4/5 (Higher) Apprentice of the Year at the Dorset Apprenticeship Awards 2026! 🏆   The awards celebrate some of the region’s brightest apprenticeship talent, recognising individuals who are making a real impact in their workplaces and industries.   Brian is currently completing his Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship and progressing through End Point Assessment. He was recognised not only for his outstanding commitment to learning, but also for the positive influence he has had on those around him.   👏 Acting as an apprenticeship ambassador, Brian has actively shared his experiences with colleagues, encouraging others to begin their own apprenticeship journeys.   👏 He completed his learning and Level 5 ILM Certificate ahead of schedule, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism and a drive to excel.   Brian’s achievement is a fantastic example of how apprenticeships can support both personal growth and business success, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he has accomplished.   Congratulations, Brian, on this well-deserved recognition.
