Behind every statistic is a young person with potential. This Youth Employment Week, we're looking beyond the headlines and celebrating the young people behind the numbers. National reports like the Milburn Review remind us of the scale of the challenge facing young people entering employment. But here in Suffolk, we also see something else every day: resilience, determination and potential. In recent months, 407 young people have accessed support through Inspire's Youth Employment programmes, resulting in 106 positive outcomes for 101 young people. But those numbers don't tell the whole story. Liam. Courtney. Harry. Three very different journeys. Three different ambitions.
