Vincent Dupourqué is the current CEO of KOMPAÏ robotics Robotics and a Top 25 Voice in Healthcare Robotics. Prior to KOMPAI, Vincent was the CEO of Robosoft Services Robots (ROBOSOFT CONSULTING) for 25 years, leading the development of service robots. Before Robotsoft, he was a researcher at the National Research Institute for I.T. and Automation (Inria) in Paris. Vincent was responsible for developing one of the first real-time operating systems for robots called ALBATROS. He also contributed to the SPARTACUS project at INRIA, which led to the development of a robot for tetraplegics. He created KOMPAI robotics to dedicate his time to developing a connected multi-functional physical and cognitive assistance robot, called KOMPAI. As a result of the multi-functional capabilities that KOMPAI Robots have, these robots can be quickly reconfigured by adding additional elements in the events of crisis like COVID-19. Vincent is currently working on developing robots to help frail people and their caregivers.
