🏳️‍🌈 As Pride Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the conversations and moments that brought us together at Insight. This year in EMEA, our sessions focused on what Pride really means in the workplace. With Günther Mahr, we explored how celebrating Pride helps build inclusive cultures and psychological safety. With Nicola Tiffin, we looked at sexual identities and mental health, and why feeling seen and accepted has such a direct impact on wellbeing. We were also proud to welcome Jeffrey Marsh for our global Pride event. It was a genuinely inspiring and emotional session, sharing practical ways to build self-acceptance and show up authentically at work and beyond. Beyond the conversations, Pride was visible across our teams too, from lanyards in our offices to Teams backgrounds, helping create a shared sense of belonging.
