On 12th of January, we hosted our latest #ReshapeOnTour event in Singapore! Our community members from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia joined us at the iconic MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM 🍦 for an unforgettable event full of CX insights, surprising encounters and great fun. Our highlights include: Dr Ramine Tinati sharing how to make customer intelligence real; a reminder to set goals, question them, think about how to measure success, and always be consistent. Sezai Özdemir and Avery Tang sharing the Insider Roadmap for 2023 and talking about our latest acquisition of Meta-verified, MindBehind. Anthony Chan from ADA sharing thoughtful and concise strategies to create measurable channels and results.  And, of course, getting to celebrate some of the best CX leaders in the market with our #ReshapeCXawards winners!
