As a team, we always say that Inside Connections is more than just a workplace - it’s a family. Today, we’re sharing news that is both incredibly proud and a little bittersweet. 🥲 After five amazing years, Mo will be moving on to an exciting new opportunity. 👏 From the moment Mo joined Inside Connections, he became a central part of everything we do. His passion, energy and unwavering commitment to supporting others - especially young people has left a lasting impact across the organisation. ♥️ He has played a key role in our growth, helping to expand our programmes, build strong partnerships and create real pathways into employment and progression. Mo has been instrumental in delivering opportunities that truly change lives. His work across programmes such as Youth Trailblazer has helped countless young people build confidence, gain direction and take meaningful steps forward. That impact will be felt long after he leaves. 💔 For Mo, Inside Connections has been one of the most meaningful chapters of his journey - a place built on trust, inclusion and second chances. In his own words, it’s been somewhere he felt he truly belonged, and where supporting young people became more than a role, it’s who he is. We are incredibly proud to see him step into his next chapter, where he will continue making a difference supporting looked after children and young people, bringing with him years of experience across mentoring, education and progression. While we will miss him day to day- the early starts, the late finishes, and him being the go-to person for so many, we know this isn’t goodbye. Mo will always be part of the Inside Connections family, and we’re excited to continue working together in new ways in the future.
