What if global learning actually felt local to every learner in the room?  In a recent executive programme under the Allianz x INSEAD Pinnacle Excellence Programme (PEP), 167 leaders participated in INSEAD's Executive Presence VR experience, immersing themselves in the language they think, lead and learn in.    From English, Mandarin (Traditional & Simplified), to Thai and Bahasa, learning became more personal, inclusive and impactful.      This milestone was initiated by Professor Andy Yap and Director of Corporate Partnerships Lydia CHEN, and made possible thanks to the trust and partnership of Allianz Asia Pacific.    This new capability was made possible through recent advancements in AI, enabling INSEAD to design and deliver multilingual immersive learning experiences.    As a pioneer in learning innovation, INSEAD continues to push the boundaries of management education by combining recent advancement in AI with faculty excellence, to create multilingual immersive education experiences.     #INSEADXR #ExecutiveEducation #LearningInnovation #AIinEducation #Inclusion
