🎓 Congratulations to the INSEAD PhD Graduates of 2026, a community of scholars pushing the boundaries of what we know!    Every dissertation begins with a question. Yesterday, ten scholars celebrated years of asking difficult ones. For the 2026 graduating class, PhD stood for “perseverance has delivered” – and it showed.    From human-algorithm interaction and the subscription economy to entrepreneurship, finance, organisational behaviour and strategy, the INSEAD PhD Graduates of 2026 have spent the past five years or more advancing ideas that will shape research, business and society for years to come.    As the INSEAD PhD programme passes the milestone of 300 graduates, Academic Director Ella Miron-Spektor shared three pieces of advice for the road ahead:    🔹 Keep turning the kaleidoscope and look at familiar problems in new ways.  🔹 Find your centre and embrace the dynamic balance between competing demands.  🔹 Stay connected to your humanity, your community and the people who inspire your best ideas.    Nobel laureate Philippe Aghion implored his “future colleagues" to accept failure wholeheartedly and follow their curiosity. He added: “When you feel you have an idea you have to be true to it and hold onto it.”    Today marks the end of one chapter, but only the beginning of a lifetime of discovery, teaching and shaping how the world understands its biggest challenges.    #INSEAD #INSEADGrad #PhD #Research #INSEADMoments
