We are Hiring | Product Associate iNOVO is looking for a Product Associate to join our Product & Innovation team. This is an individual contributor role for a product practitioner who can own problem spaces end-to-end, from discovery and validation through to functional build using low/no-code platforms, automation engines, and AI systems. The right person brings strategic thinking, entrepreneurial instincts, and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into validated, commercially viable product capabilities. We are open to candidates across a range of experience, and the role will be shaped around the right person. What you'll do: - Lead discovery tracks across CX, AI, automation, and workflow domains - Design and run structured experiments and validation cycles - Build product capabilities using low/no-code platforms, automation engines, and AI tools - Shape commercial business cases and contribute to Sales and BD conversations - Engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders - Contribute to team standards and mentor more junior practitioners What we're looking for: 2–9+ years in product management, innovation, consulting, CX, automation, or related fields: - Hands-on experience with low/no-code platforms, workflow builders, and AI systems - Proven ability to lead discovery and validation efforts with customers - Strong analytical, commercial, and systems-thinking capability - Based in Cape Town.
