We’re Hiring: Sales Lead At iNOVO we are helping organisations across Africa transform customer engagement through innovative Cloud CX and Contact Centre solutions and we are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive our next phase of growth. This is a senior new business role for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise sales environments and understands how to navigate multi-stakeholder opportunities from first engagement through to close. As Sales Lead, you will: ✔ Drive new business growth across South Africa ✔ Build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise opportunities ✔ Lead complex SaaS and CX sales cycles end-to-end ✔ Position iNOVO’s portfolio across cloud contact centre, conversational AI, self-service, analytics, and journey orchestration ✔ Work closely with pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing, and strategic partners to win business ✔ Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, Heads of CX, CFOs, and operational leaders We’re looking for candidates with: 🔹 5–8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology sales 🔹 A proven track record of exceeding new business targets 🔹 Strong commercial and negotiation capability 🔹 Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise environments 🔹 Executive-level relationship management skills 🔹 Excellent communication and proposal-writing ability 🔹 Familiarity with CX, CCaaS, cloud, or adjacent SaaS technologies 🔹 A self-directed, structured, and resilient approach to sales This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Africa’s leading CX technology providers at a time when conversational AI and customer experience transformation are reshaping the market. 📍 Location: Cape Town or Centurion - Hybrid 🌍 Industry: SaaS | Cloud CX | Contact Centre Solutions | Professional Services If you are passionate about enterprise sales, customer experience technology, and building strategic client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
