We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager At iNOVO we are shaping the future of customer engagement through innovative Cloud CX and Contact Centre solutions across Africa, and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic leadership role for a delivery-focused professional with deep experience managing complex, customer-facing projects in fast-paced SaaS and CCaaS environments. We’re looking for candidates with: ✔ 8+ years’ Project Management experience, including senior or lead-level delivery ✔ Proven Agile & Scrum delivery expertise (Agile certification is essential) ✔ Certifications such as CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP ✔ PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM qualifications advantageous ✔ Strong Jira proficiency, including sprint management, reporting, and dashboards ✔ Experience in CCaaS / Cloud Contact Centre environments ✔ Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity and reporting ✔ Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted project workflows ✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills ✔ Strong commercial and financial management capability ✔ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset, exceptional delivery discipline, and the ability to confidently engage with executive stakeholders while driving projects from initiation through to successful completion. 📍 Location: Cape Town - Hybrid 🌍 Industry: SaaS | Cloud CX | Contact Centre Solutions | Professional Services If you are passionate about Agile delivery, AI-enabled productivity, and transforming customer experience, we would love to hear from you.
