We’re Hiring: Senior Client Value Manager At iNOVO we are redefining customer engagement across Africa through innovative Cloud CX and Contact Centre solutions, and we are looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader to join our team. This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Client Value Manager who can operate at the intersection of strategic partnerships, customer success, enterprise sales, and operational governance, someone who can own and grow some of iNOVO’s most important customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring: ✔ 7–12 years’ experience in strategic account management, enterprise SaaS, customer success, consulting, or commercial leadership ✔ Proven success growing and retaining large enterprise accounts ✔ Strong commercial acumen across renewals, expansion, and revenue protection ✔ Executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with CIOs, COOs, Heads of CX, and senior stakeholders ✔ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments ✔ Strong operational discipline and governance capability ✔ Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills ✔ Experience within CX, CCaaS, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments In this role, you will: 🔹 Lead strategic account growth and long-term customer value 🔹 Drive upsell, cross-sell, and transformation opportunities 🔹 Own executive stakeholder relationships and strategic account plans 🔹 Coordinate delivery, support, commercial, and product teams around client success 🔹 Ensure operational excellence, governance, and revenue integrity across strategic accounts We are looking for someone who is highly accountable, commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about building long-term strategic partnerships. 📍 Location: Cape Town - Hybrid 🌍 Industry: SaaS | Cloud CX | Contact Centre Solutions | Professional Services If you are ready to help shape the future of customer experience in Africa while working with some of the region’s leading organisations, we would love to hear from you.
