Please join us in welcoming Sam Medure, RPh., as our new Director of Sales Engineering, Pharmacy. Sam brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the pharmacy industry, with a career spanning retail, PBM, and health plan sectors. His experience includes leading large-scale mail-service pharmacy operations, owning specialty pharmacy strategy and execution, and overseeing clinical program operations for a major health plan. Throughout his career, he has led complex pharmacy organizations supporting hundreds of employees, managed P&L responsibility for business units generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue, and built high-performing teams that help organizations navigate an increasingly dynamic healthcare landscape. Sam has worked across nearly every facet of pharmacy operations, including specialty pharmacy, PBM programs, inventory management, quality improvement, budgeting, provider relations, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This combination of strategic leadership and hands-on operational expertise gives him a differentiated perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing pharmacy organizations today. As healthcare organizations continue to seek new ways to improve efficiency, performance, and patient outcomes, leaders who understand both the operational and business sides of pharmacy play a critical role in driving innovation and change.
