8 June is World Brain Tumour Day🧠🩶 Brain tumours are among the rarer cancers, which makes awareness all the more important. Each year, over 8,000 people in Germany and more than 700 people around the world every day are diagnosed with a primary brain tumour. In children, brain tumours are the second most common form of cancer. Originally initiated by 'Deutsche Hirntumorhilfe', this day is meant to inform, educate, and give visibility to those affected.
