𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐂𝐒 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐂𝐒 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 The delegation is in Norway to explore some of the most advanced CCS projects in the world. The sites are key components of the Norwegian Longship initiative, which delivers a full value chain from CO₂ capture to permanent storage. 🏭 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 So far, the group has toured Hafslund Celsio and Heidelberg Materials, two cornerstone capture sites on the east coast. Later this week, visits continue to Northern Lights JV, Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM), and DNV’s test center in Bergen, providing a complete look at transport, terminal operations, and storage. 🇳🇴 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 Longship is Norway’s flagship CCS project, designed to create the world’s first fully integrated and scalable CCS value chain. A roundtable at Innovasjon Norge's HQ brought together over 15 Norwegian companies to discuss opportunities and bottlenecks across the CCS value chain.
