Kimaya completes internship with KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES During her final semester at TIF, Kimaya completed an internship with KKAA, founded by world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. From day one, she was given practical assignments, working under the guidance of KKAA’s international team and gaining hands-on experience with model-making. One of the models she contributed to was later shown to Kengo Kuma himself. Kimaya has now graduated from TIF and will be returning to KKAA for a longer internship over the summer before heading to university to study architecture. This is just the beginning for Kimaya, and we are so excited to see where her love for architecture takes her next!
