As I look back on the past three years, I’m filled with deep appreciation for the journey I’ve had as an HOD Associate. It’s been a chapter marked by growth, collaboration, and purpose. From day one, I was given the opportunity to lead, learn, and contribute in meaningful ways. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust placed in me and for the many challenges that helped shape me into a stronger professional. What stands out most are the people — the inspiring leaders, supportive colleagues, and incredible teams I’ve had the privilege of working with. The connections I’ve made have not only enriched my work but also broadened my perspective. Thank you to everyone who played a role in this journey — for the guidance, the teamwork, the shared wins (and lessons), and the constant push to grow.
