🇬🇧 I've worked with teams where the backlog was clean, the ceremonies were tight, and the tooling was excellent. And still nothing moved fast enough. The bottleneck wasn't the process. It was that people didn't trust each other enough to tell the truth in meetings. When trust is the constraint, sprint planning becomes theater rather than commitment, feedback in retrospectives is polished rather than honest, velocity is a number rather than a signal, and every blocker arrives two sprints too late. You can't fix a trust constraint with a Jira board. You fix it by naming it and building it deliberately, one small honest moment at a time. Und trotzdem bewegte sich nichts schnell genug. Der Engpass war nicht der Prozess. Es war, dass die Menschen sich nicht genug vertrauten um die Wahrheit in Meetings zu sagen. Wenn Vertrauen der Engpass ist, wird Sprint Planning zu Theater statt zu Commitment, Feedback in Retrospektiven ist poliert statt ehrlich, Velocity ist eine Zahl statt ein Signal, und jeder Blocker kommt zwei Sprints zu spaet. Einen Vertrauens-Engpass kann man nicht mit einem Jira-Board beheben. Man behebt ihn, indem man ihn benennt und ihn bewusst aufbaut, einen kleinen ehrlichen Moment nach dem anderen.
