There are people who spend so many years in a company that they practically grow alongside it. And that is exactly the case of our colleague Daniel Gómez, Head of the Hydraulics Department. After almost 20 years at Inkema, Daniel has experienced constant growth within the company. He joined with a background in electronics and, over time, specialized in areas such as welding and hydraulic mechanics until reaching his current position. 🤝 Daniel highlights the importance of moving forward step by step, learning from every stage and facing new challenges with determination and the right attitude. He defines himself as constant, daring and determined, and that is probably what best describes his journey at Inkema. 🚴‍♂️ Outside of work, cycling is one of his greatest passions. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his son, especially accompanying him to football matches on weekends. 😄 Although many colleagues may not know it, Daniel is a very active person who enjoys taking care of himself, doing sports and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 🎬 He tells us that, if his life were a movie, it would be called “The Roller Coaster”, because of all the changes and stages he has gone through over the years.
