Last night, I was going through pictures from the recently‑concluded BHM celebration at Cummins and felt a deep sense of warmth with each captured moment, along with profound gratitude to be part of a company that truly lives its values. From the outside looking in, Cummins is known for investing in next‑generation power solutions that empower customers across the globe. What you may not always see is how intentionally Cummins also invests in its people. Through its Employee Resource Groups, it creates spaces that foster connection, community, and a true sense of belonging. This year’s Black History Month celebration, brought to life through curated experiences from the Cummins Black Network, created moments that honored legacy, celebrated identity, and strengthened community—connecting more than 2,200 employees across chapters in Indiana, CSSNA (Atlanta), Charleston (SC), Great Lakes (MI), Memphis (TN), Minnesota, and Nashville (TN). They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’ll let the photos tell the rest of the story.
