Good coffee is worth paying for. ☕✨ But I still check the price at the café, the supermarket, at work. Because a stable, fair price usually tells you something: the supply chain behind it is holding together, from sourcing to shelf. 🛒 When that chain breaks down, the risk isn't more expensive coffee. It's less available coffee, as smallholder farmers get squeezed out and supply gets less reliable. 📉🚫 So the price on the shelf is really a signal. The real story is the system that keeps it fair.
