🌱☕ Resilience doesn't start in a strategy paper. It starts in the field. At the ACPC Pichanaki Cooperative in Peru, farmers are showing what that looks like in practice: choosing methods that protect the soil today so there is still something good to harvest tomorrow, and building an organization where decisions are made by the people doing the work. Sustainable agricultural practices come down to producers who are equipped, organized, and able to plan ahead — not just for the next harvest, but for the next generation. For families across the coffee-growing region of Junín, that translates directly into stability: an income that holds, an education that continues, a future worth planning for. 🌍 This week, we're sharing the voices of small farmers leading change at origin. Because resilient supply chains are built producers’ association, by cooperative, farm by farm, decision by decision. At SASI, we believe strengthening women's role in agriculture is not a side agenda. It is the foundation of supply chains that truly work for everyone. Follow SASI for more voices from across global supply chains. Another perspective is coming soon. Stay tuned. #SASI #Sustainability #AgriCulture #SupplyChains
