The hardest part of our job is describing what you actually see inside the headset. Words like "immersive" or "VR180" do not quite land. Screenshots do not do it justice, even the best VR footage, watched on a flat screen, loses the thing that makes it what it is: the feeling of presence. We have been working on "Dans les pas d'une Étoile" for a year. We filmed inside the Palais Garnier with two Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive cameras, following étoile dancer Bleuenn Battistoni through a day that most people never get to witness. The result is ten minutes that we genuinely cannot describe. You have to put the Vision Pro on. 📍Now open at the Palais Garnier, until November 30th.
