We acted as Sole Debt Advisor and Sustainability Coordinator with ING Bank Śląski as Deal contingent hedge provider to S-I. 🎯Another 700,000 Polish households will gain access to Fiber-To-The-Tome 🛠️Efficient roll-out by experienced Polish Fiber player 🏠Covering 3.1m households with FTTH by 2032 🪴Boosting the transition to reduce carbon footprint   The Facilities will further accelerate S-I’s fiber roll-out and increase the availability of high-speed fiber optic internet across Poland. They include sustainability-linked KPIs and Green loan provisions in respect of the commercial- and EBRD facilities that are directly linked to S-I’s sustainability strategy and ESG targets. The European Investment Bank loan is in line with the EU financing arm’s top environmental and social standards driving sustainable and inclusive development. “S-I reached a fantastic result on the debt raise in this market.
