𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲. Some days remind you why workplace culture matters so much. This was one of those days. From the moment our President of Platform Technology group Sanjib Sahoo; VP HR Andrea Mullens; and CISO Forrest Smith stepped into the Mumbai office, the atmosphere was electric. The nonstop cheer and the vibrant beats of Maharashtra's traditional Lezim created a welcome that truly reflected the spirit of our people. The ceremonial lamp lighting and the official welcome set the tone for the day, filled with meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and unforgettable moments. One of the biggest highlights was our Bay Decoration Competition, where every team transformed their workspace into a story. Through creative themes, skits, innovative displays, and beautifully decorated bays, teams showcased not just what they worked on, but the passion, creativity, and collaboration behind it. Watching our leaders interact with the teams, appreciate every effort, and even join in the celebrations and dance made those moments even more special. The day continued with insightful leadership meetings, engaging discussions, creative content shoots, and opportunities to learn directly from our executives. As evening arrived, we came together for an inspiring Town Hall led by Sanjib Sahoo, followed by a high-energy energizer, spectacular dance and singing performances, a fashion show, a DJ night, and countless photos capturing memories that will last far beyond the day itself. What stood out the most wasn't just the events; it was the people! The enthusiasm. The creativity. The collaboration. The smiles. The pride of being part of one team. A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer, organizer, performer, participant, and colleague who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this day such a grand success.
