This week I had the pleasure of being in Tokyo and together with my Japanese colleagues, introducing Kasthall and presenting our collections to selected retailers. What always stands out in these meetings is how truly global our business is, but also how local it needs to be. Being present in the market, listening, learning, and exchanging perspectives face-to-face is invaluable. It’s not only about showing products, it’s about building relationships, understanding cultural nuances, and finding the right opportunities together. I’m especially grateful for the strong collaboration with our local team. Their market knowledge, network, and passion make the real difference in how we bring our brand and values to the audiences. For me, trips like this are a great reminder that international growth doesn’t happen from a distance. It happens through people, partnerships, and proximity to the markets we serve.
