For this month's addition of INFORS HT's🧬ADVANCING SCIENCE SERIES🧫, researchers from the Advanced Biofuels and Bioproducts Unit at CIEMAT (Madrid, Spain) explored an eco-friendly method for converting vine shoot biomass into fermentable sugars using deep eutectic solvents (DESs).
