On May 19–20, our team was at WM SE in Bolzano to deliver a two-day bilingual End-User Training for workshops and repair shops in Alto Adige. Hosted by the wholesaler WM SE, the sessions were conducted in both Italian and German, supporting customers in their international expansion and addressing local market requirements. The training focused on the deep integration of HaynesPro data within Topmotive’s catalogue system. This enables end users to seamlessly access parts information together with the corresponding repair instructions in accordance with OE specifications. By combining parts identification, technical data and guided diagnostics for modern vehicles within a single workflow, workshops can work more efficiently and simplify access to critical repair information.
