We just hosted Female Leaders Night Vol. 6 at Infineon ✨ On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of hosting our 6th Female Leaders Night at our headquarters in Munich. Under the theme "The Future of Operations – Digitalization Along the Value Chain”, we welcomed inspiring voices, meaningful conversations, and a room full of people who champion diversity in tech. A special highlight: the keynote of our COO, Alexander Gorski, who leads the global operations organization of more than 33,000 employees worldwide - a testament to the scale and importance of this function at Infineon. Together with the presentation of Sabrina Stegner, EVP Global Supply Chain & Digital Manufacturing, the tone for a truly inspiring evening was set. From powerful keynotes to open exchanges on our rooftop terrace, the energy in the room was something special.
