Most large enterprises run on software no one fully understands. Over decades, companies customize their core systems – SAP, Oracle, Salesforce – to match exactly how they operate: how a product gets priced, how a particular factory runs. These customizations encode the decisions that set one company apart from another. They are the business itself, and often its sharpest competitive edge. The catch: they accumulate until the underlying logic becomes unreadable, maintained by armies of specialists, and painfully slow to change. Conduct – founded in London by Jan Philipp Haas, Philipp Hoefer, and Henry Thompson, three former Palantir leaders – reads the custom code buried across a company's core systems, reconstructs the business logic inside, and turns it into a single model anyone can see and question. It then writes and tests changes and pushes them into production with every dependency already mapped. Change that once took years now happens in days. DHL, Heidelberg Materials, and Daimler are already on board. We're excited to co-lead Conduct's $60M Series A alongside ICONIQ. https://lnkd.in/eU4v_sZ6
