Really proud to share the In2MedSchool Impact Report 2024–2025. This year has been a big one for the charity. We’ve grown nationally, strengthened our internal processes, and continued working towards one clear goal: making medicine more accessible for students from widening participation backgrounds. A few highlights from the year: • 3,000+ students reached across the UK • 1,156 Mentor–Mentee pairs matched nationwide • 105 school visits delivered, engaging 2,668 students • 1,000+ students attended UCAT and interview webinars • Supported by 600+ volunteers Behind every number is a student gaining confidence, securing work experience, preparing for interviews, or receiving that long-awaited offer. We’ve also invested heavily this year in safeguarding, data collection, and evaluation. To ensure our support is not just wide-reaching, but high quality and sustainable. Entry to medicine remains deeply unequal. Students from the lowest socio-economic backgrounds still make up just 5% of entrants (source: The Sutton Trust/UCL). That’s why this work matters.
