We might have just bid farewell to another cohort of graduates, but our work is not done – we’re also helping connect them to companies as they explore their future careers. We know that for grads, it can be difficult to discover and connect with high-growth companies. We also know that access to exceptional talent is one of the biggest barriers facing scaling businesses. That’s why our White City Careers Fair, in partnership with Scale Space, connects the best graduates from across Imperial with the exciting early-stage businesses of White City Campus. We brought together hundreds of recent graduates with spinouts and startups working in life sciences, AI, climate, energy and security, all of which were expanding their teams. This year, our Careers Fair was supported by Vizzy, a company born out of the White City Campus ecosystem, which has created a new recruitment platform specifically for early-career talent.
