𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 Imperative Global is hiring a Carbon Forestry Analyst to join our NBS Technical Carbon & Impacts team. You'll sit at the core of project delivery, translating forest science, ecological data, and carbon standards into credible, investment-grade removal assets across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 • Design forestry and ecological frameworks across reforestation, mangrove, and ecosystem restoration projects • Lead and contribute to PDD development, baseline studies, and standards compliance (Verra, Equitable Earth, Isometric) • Support carbon model development and field data QA/QC • Build SOPs and protocols for distributed field teams across multiple geographies • Contribute to investor-facing materials, rating agency packs, and technical due diligence 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 • MSc in Tropical Forestry, Forest Ecology, or a related discipline • 3–5 years in tropical forestry, carbon project development, or ecological monitoring • Field experience in Africa, Latin America, or South/South-East Asia • Working knowledge of NBS/AFOLU carbon standards and at least one full PDD or verification cycle • Strong technical writing skills and fluency in English plus one additional language 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻  • Global, with preference for Latin America, Europe/Africa, or South/South-East Asia time zones.
