Today, on International Women in Engineering Day, we're celebrating some of the women building their careers through IMI's Future Leaders Programme. From developing new technologies to improving how we serve customers, they're building the skills, experience and confidence to turn ideas into impact. Women now make up 50% of our current Future Leaders cohort, and more than 70% of the graduates joining IMI this September are women.
