Our very human thumbs are thrilled to announce that Imerys Learning Week 2026 is a wrap! 🤩 For the third year in a row, we took some time off to invest in what matters most: collective human growth. 🤖 This year’s focus: Unlocking Human Potential in the Era of AI. And spoiler alert: for a week dedicated to AI, there was a surprising amount of conversation about people. The consensus: The future of work isn’t robots replacing humans. It’s humans finding better ways to do what humans do best. In fact, emotional intelligence skills represent half of the top 15 fastest-growing skills by 2030, according to the World Economic Forum. 💭 A few ideas we’re still thinking about from the week below.
