When science, education and awareness come together, the impact extends far beyond the classroom.   On 29 April, IMCD Brazil held the Sea, Safe and Sun Educational Day Project in Diadema, an invite that combines education, sun protection and environment conversation.   Over a thousand teenagers from Escola Professora Antonieta Borges Alves attended talks on the dangers of UV exposure, skincare and the importance of preserving natural resources. In addition to the educational content, the students were also given sunscreens as part of the initiative.   One of the most special moments was demostrating, in a practical and accessible way, how science is present in our daily lives.
