✨ IMC celebrates 15 years as a listed company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 🟢 May 2026 marks 15 years since IMC’s shares were listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). During this period, the Company has grown significantly, demonstrating resilience, operational efficiency and market value growth despite market challenges, the geopolitical situation and the war. On 4 May 2011, IMC successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, raising US$24.4 million for business development. Over 15 years, the Company’s market capitalization has grown 2.8-fold — from US$127 million at the time of listing to US$353 million as of early May 2026. The share price has risen from PLN 10.8 (US$ 4) to the current PLN 36–37 (US$ 10), reflecting steady growth and investor confidence. 🟢 Key achievements during this period include: ✅ Growth in the land bank — from 38,000 ha at the time of the IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2011 to 115,000 ha today ✅ Development of production capacities — grain and oilseed storage capacity has tripled to 554,000 tonnes; modern precision farming technologies have been introduced; hundreds of millions of dollars have been invested in the Company’s own fleet of agricultural machinery, grain rail wagons and road transport ✅ Strong operational and financial performance — one of the highest crop yields and profit per hectare in Ukraine’s agricultural sector, a return to business activity following the temporary occupation of part of its land, and the achievement of strong financial results ✅ Active dividend policy — regular dividend payments since 2017 (total dividend payments exceeded US$110 million).
