11 September 2025 (This post is written with a great deal of courage, as it touches on a phase that I once found difficult to talk about) A major milestone in my journey. We had the kickoff meeting with our client, MITI, to discuss proposal approvals, creative direction, and the planning for podcasts and video content. And that was the day I was told: “You’ll be the Account Manager for this.” Second week at work. Still learning the ropes. Nervous? Extremely. But I chose to see it as a trust, not a threat — so I said, why not try? Working on this project was truly challenging. The content requirements were extensive and the expectations were high, but this experience pushed me to grow faster than I ever imagined. What made the biggest difference was the people around me. To Nur Shakirah Binti Jamil and Mohamad Haikal, thank you for guiding me in content creation and social media strategy, an area that I’m still learning but genuinely passionate about. To Wan Khadijah Wan Shaifuddin, thank you for stepping in whenever I felt lost and helping me reconnect with the client when my confidence dropped. And to Adam, your constant support and encouragement kept me going every single day. There were moments when I felt like I was asking too many questions or depending too much on the team, but instead of making me feel like a burden, they kept motivating me to do better. That kind of support is truly a blessing. This journey taught me that: You don’t have to know everything to take on big responsibilities, you just need the courage to try and the right team to grow with.
