After 5 incredible years at Multiverse from series A to Series D, I'm excited to share I'm joining Ravio as their founding Insights Lead! 🎉 Ravio's mission is simple - let's help companies get compensation right. Pay equity and transparency aren't just nice-to-haves, they affect people's day to day lives. And Insights is going to be at the heart of that mission! Three months in, here's what I've already been up to: - Getting to grips with all things compensation! ⭐ ️- Implement our first BI solution and defining our semantic layer through Looker ⭐ ️- Vibe coded a tool to help our team win a mini AI-Hackathon at our company offsite ⭐ ️- And of course, produced some juicy insights related to the EU's Gender Pay Transparency Directive (which hit over 19k views might I add) 🤯 ...
