20 years of shipping games taught us one thing operators rarely hear from studios. We've shipped over 460 projects. PC, console, mobile, casino. Big studios, indie teams, publishers with nine-figure budgets, startups building their first title. After all of that, here's the thing clients almost never hear from a game development studio: The most expensive mistake in game development isn't building the wrong feature. It's building the right feature too late. Scope creep is the industry's most polite word for a project that lost its spine. It starts small: one extra mechanic, one more animation pass, one more round of feedback… And suddenly a six-month project is eighteen months and twice the budget, and the window it was built for has closed. The studios that consistently deliver aren't the ones with the most talent. They're the ones with the most honest conversations at the start. What does this game need to be? Not what could it be. What does it need to be? At iLogos, that question shapes everything, from the first brief to the final QA pass. We've seen what happens when it doesn't get asked. We've also seen what a clean, well-scoped production looks like from the other side. 460 projects. The ones that worked best were never the ones with the biggest vision at kickoff. They were the ones where everyone agreed, early, on what success actually looked like. #GameDev #iGaming #GameDevelopment #GameStudio
