برای دیدن نقشه ی BOM روی فیلم کلیک کنید. 🔴 (باکس کنترل پنل) Sheet Metal Electrical Enclosure (Control Panel Box) امروز بخش کوچکی از پروژه‌ی طراحی یک تابلو برق صنعتی در محیط SolidWorks رو به اشتراک می‌گذارم. در این پروژه تمرکز اصلی بر رعایت استانداردهای ساخت ورق‌کاری (Fabrication) و مدیریت درخت طراحی در محیط اسمبلی بود. برخی از نکات فنی این مدل: • استفاده از ابزارهای Sheet Metal برای محاسبه دقیق ضریب خم (K-Factor) و استخراج نقشه گسترده (Flat Pattern). • طراحی و جانمایی لوورها (Louvers) جهت تهویه حرارتی به کمک Forming Tools. مدیریت زیرمونتاژها (Sub-assemblies) و تهیه جدول BOM دقیق جهت تسهیل در فرآیند تامین قطعات و مونتاژ نهایی. رعایت ملاحظات نصب (Wall-Mounting) با طراحی براکت‌های تقویت‌شده. #سالیدورک #سالیدورکس #مهندسی_مکانیک #طراحی_صنعتی #ورق_کاری #شیت_متال #نقشه_کشی_صنعتی #ساخت_و_تولید #تابلو_برق #طراحی_مکانیکی #کتیا #صنعت_ایران Sheet Metal Electrical Enclosure (Control Panel Box) Today, I am excited to share a brief overview of an industrial electrical enclosure project designed in SolidWorks. The primary focus of this design was adhering to sheet metal fabrication standards while maintaining a clean, structured design tree in the assembly environment. Key Technical Details of this Project: • Sheet Metal Optimization: Utilized dedicated sheet metal features to accurately calculate bend allowances based on the K-Factor, ensuring an exact Flat Pattern generation for CNC laser cutting and folding. • Thermal Ventilation: Designed and positioned integrated cooling louvers utilizing specialized Forming Tools from the Design Library. Assembly Hierarchy & BOM: Managed multiple sub-assemblies and structured a precise Bill of Materials (BOM) to streamline procurement and final assembly line processes.
