Back for the fourth time as a Headline Coffee Sponsor at Taste of London, because some things are worth coming back for! This June, we once again brought our 100% Arabica coffee into the spotlight at Regent’s Park, with a mix of craft, cocktails and culinary play. Across the iconic Regents Park, illy guests dove into coffee with experts from our Università del Caffè, then moved straight to tasting a limited‑edition affogato created with @badiani1932: Buontalenti gelato, illy’s velvety espresso and an edible, biodegradable cup to be enjoyed right down to the last bite. Green Michelin‑starred chef Chantelle Nicholson showed how coffee belongs in the kitchen as much as in the cup, including giving used grounds a second life, while our baristas shook Espresso Martinis following Dick Bradsell’s original 1985 recipe. Taste of London was our way of saying that coffee isn’t just something you drink in the morning: it’s something you can learn, mix, cook with and reimagine all summer long.  #TasteOfLondon #LIVEHAPPilly
