We’re thrilled to embark on this effort with our project team: Themis Darelis , Dimitrios Plastiras , Nikoleta Amanatidou , Adamantios Litzerinos , Stylianos Karanikas ,Zarkada Vasilliki https://lnkd.in/eyKMjFfW As part of the MSc in Enterprise Software Systems Development (ΕΠΜΣ-ΑΣΕΛ) at the University of Macedonia (ΠΑΜΑΚ), in collaboration with Deloitte, my team and I are building a project focused on streamlining returns and repair management. This work is part of the second phase of our Capstone Project, where we’re acclimating to collaboration under real-world conditions, bringing innovation to practice. Our goal: design and develop a modern Returns & Repairs Management System that: - Simplifies the end-to-end process for customers and service teams - Improves transparency with real-time status updates - Reduces turnaround time through smarter workflows and data-driven insights - Integrates seamlessly with existing tools and operations - Fosters innovation through continuous feedback and iterative development We’ll be sharing our progress from early research and architecture decisions to prototypes, tech choices, challenges, and learnings.
